the chilliest season, the band Born In Winter is formed.
Hailing from Denver, Colorado, this female fronted band
brings a new and fresh excitement to the hard rock and metal
music genre. Due to their wide range of influences, their
music has a one of a kind sound. They are a new force not
to be taken lightly, with their heavy guitars, haunting
vocals and diverse rhythms. Try taking music styles from
bands like Sevendust, Atreyu, Deftones and adding a badass
female vocalist in the style of Lacuna Coil and Evanescence.

Born In Winter has been together for well over 3
years in Denver and has put out 3 full length cd’s.
They have just released their 3rd full length cd “Waiting
In The Dark” on July 21st 2007. They are planning
to do many shows for the rest of summer and fall, and extensive
touring by Spring 2008. They have played many shows across
the west coast and hometown of Denver. Their stage presence
and showmanship is one of a kind, especially with having
2 females in the band. They’re building their fan
base with every performance and making a name for themselves
through hard work and determination.
What keeps Born In Winter alive and running is the
fact that they are like family. Their bonds are strong and
will persevere through any obstacle in their path to success.
